Craigantlet
Hillclimb Details
Craigantlet hillclimb is a closed-road course just outside Belfast. It first held an event in 1913 and is therefore one of the oldest hillclimbs in the UK. It is the only venue in Northern Ireland to host a round of the British Hillclimb Championship currently. In fact, it was one of the venues used in 1947, the year that this championship started. Sections of the course are named after past winners, in order of ascent, with the first three corners named Howe, Hall and Hadley.
